We
have grown and developed through the terms to levels where
literally we are touching the whole nation with churches in
every corner (province) in Kenya. From the cities e.g Nairobi,
Mombasa, Kisumu to the most remote places like around Lake
Turkana near the Sudan Border-North of Kenya. Also we have
an expansive and expanding work among the Maasai community
in areas broadening and around the world famous Maasai Mara
Game Reserve.
We have over 400 Churches in Kenya with a goal of reaching
500 churches by the end of year 2009. This is besides an extensive
work in Southern Sudan where we have a great focus to reach
the unreached with wholesome, in that our vision is to impact
and empower them Spiritually, Socially and Economically.
We have a vision of having a bible school in Southern Sudan
in the near future. We also have churches in Tanzania - Arusha
and regions around the Mt Kilimanjaro. These are established
Churches with well trained Ministers. We also have some work
in Rwanda, near the D.R Congo boarder at the shores of Lake
Kivu with a vision of moving to D.R Congo.
From last year we have been developing a structure that is
meant to reach and touch 100 new places with the gospel despite
the obvious challenges and unforeseen eventualities.
The concept of our church growth and expansion is very much
in accord with the ministry’s vision; it is called Indigenous
Church Growth Concept.
In this, the church mostly uses the resources available for
its development. The local leaders pursue God's vision and
calling in his location without "Control" from the
HQ.
COORDINATES
The HQ organizes and mobilizes the entire ministry. Our greatest
value is relationships and hence holds a minimum of two national
meetings per year bringing the entire ministry together.
Many of the new churches get a one year support from the
HQ during their infancy. Expectation is that by the end of
one year at least the church (young) should be on its feet
to allow others coming up get that opportunity.
Also our satellite churches do a lot of church planting.
In the last 2yrs our other churches (satellite) have done
80% of Church Planting in our ministry.
We want and have a goal of at least touching every continent
with the gospel and have churches there.
